Free Member Bonus Services

Times are tough at the moment and the AISF is dedicated to supporting our valued members in any way that we can.

We have a special offer of Bonus Services to all Victorian members of the AISF in 2009/ 2010.  Some of these services we are offering free of charge and others we are offering at a highly discounted rate in an attempt to relieve some of the financial pressures facing businesses in today’s climate.

Not only will you save dollars, these services will help you to achieve best practice and quality control.

The services offered free of charge are:

  1. Powder Booth Airflow measurements for compliance to Australian Standard.
  2. Powder Gun High Voltage output testing and assessment to manufacturer’s specifications for optimal coating transfer efficiency and safety.
  3. PPE – Operator Personal Protective Equipment assessments and recommendations for coating applicators
  4. Coating Quality Control testing assessment and recommendations

The following services have been discounted to $150:

  1. Compressed Air Quality Evaluation – Temperature Dew Point measurement determines if air drier is producing required < 5°C Dew Point recommended by coating and equipment suppliers
  2. Oven Recording – temperature uniformity and metal temperature curing cycle evaluation and recommendations for optimal coating curing efficiency
